摘  要:采用非正交五轴联动机床和"3+2"工艺方法,对整体叶轮进行编程工艺研究。粗铣采用车铣复合与三轴联动方法,以提高机床的刚性和加工效率。精铣叶片和轮毂采用五轴联动加工,并对B轴和C轴的转动范围进行控制,避免在机床负载最大的位姿进行加工。编程采用UG软件进行刀轨生成,利用专用后处理器进行后置并生成G代码。采用Veri Cut进行加工仿真,并对G代码进行验证。对石蜡模型进行了现场试切,实验表明,加工的试件能够满足工艺要求。The program-process research of integral impeller was carried out by non-orthogonal five-axes CNC machine tool and "3 + 2" process method. The mill-turn strategy and 3-axis joint were used in the rough mill to improve the rigidity of machine tool and the machine efficiency. The 5-axis joint was used in the fine mill of blade and hub. The rotation ranges of B and C axes were limited to avoid the maximum load position of the machine tool. UG software was used to get the tool path and the special post-processor was used to generate the G code, which was verified by VER/CUT Solid cutting simulation software. The wax model machine experiment showed that it could meet the requirements of process.
