摘 要:分析了三相交流电动机电磁能量传输和转化的过程,讨论了绕线式交流异步电动机串电阻调速与串级调速的区别与联系。针对传统的串级调速系统存在的诸如功率因数低,回馈电网系统复杂难行等问题,提出一种改进的斩波串级调速系统,特别是斩波内馈串级调速系统。该斩波内馈串级调速系统在实际工业生产中已得到很好的应用效果,尤其在大电流、高电压的通风机、泵类运行场合,具有明显的节能效果和较好的调速性能。Analyzes the electromagnetic energy transfer and conversion process of three-phase AC motor, discusses the differences and relations between the series resistance speed control of wound rotor AC asynchronous motor and the cascade speed regulation. Aiming at the problems in the traditional cascade speed regulating system such as low power factor, complex feedback power grid, proposes the improved chopper cascade speed regulation system, especially the chopper internal feedback cascade speed control system, which solves this problem and has better effect in industrial production. Especially in the occasions of large current, high voltage ventilator and pump running, the new system has obvious energy-saving effect and better speed control performance.
