摘　　要：为推进士官学校教育训练实战化改革,分析了我院士官学校教育训练现状,借鉴外军军校实战化教育训练做法,从改革课程体系和教育训练内容及模式、建立基地学校融合式办学模式、构建一体化远程教育训练模拟体系、强化实战化教师队伍的培养等四个方面提出了改革的建议.这为我军士官学校教育训练实战化改革提供了参考.For advancing the sergeant schools＇ reform on education and training for the real-combat, this article analyzes the current situation of education and training at the sergeant school of our academy. By mirroring the practice of real-combat education and training in the foreign military academies, it presents some suggestion on the reform, in terms of reforming the curriculum system and the education and training contents and modes,setting up the school-running mode of the base integrated with school, constructing an integration of simulation system for remote education and training, and strengthening the cultivation of real-time teacher team, thus providing a reference for the reform on real-combat of our sergeant schools＇ education and training.
