摘 要:目的探讨连续性健康教育管理对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及行为改变的影响。方法将126例初诊2型糖尿病住院患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组63例。对照组仅在住院时给予常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予连续性教育管理:患者出院后继续进行健康教育干预。3个月、1年后对2组血糖控制情况及行为改变情况进行效果评价。结果 2组患者3个月、1年后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均较入院前降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者对糖尿病知识掌握以及饮食控制、坚持运动、正确用药、自我血糖监测、定期复诊等行为改变均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论连续性健康教育管理较常规健康教育对初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制及行为改变更具优势。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous health education on the control of glucose and the changes of behavior. Methods One hundred and twenty-six newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group included 63 patients. The control group just received health education in hospitalization period, and the observation group received continuous health education both in and after hospitalization. The control of glucose and the changes of behavior were evaluated 3 months and 1 year later. Results After 3 months and 1 year treatment,the FPG,2hPG and HbAle were significantly decreased compared to pre-treatment both in control group and observation group( P 〈 0.05 ). The FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c were significantly decreased in the ob- servation group compared to the control groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The behaviors contained that mastery of diabetic knowledge, control of food in- take, persist in physical exercise, rational administration, self-monitoring of blood glucose and regular reexamination were significantly im- proved both in control group and observation group compared to pre-treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the behaviors were significantly improved in the observation group compared to the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Compared to control group, observation group had more ad- vantages in the control of glucose and the changes of behavior in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
