摘　　要：目的：探讨白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、降钙素原（PCT）、C反应蛋白（CRP）对创伤性多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）发生过程及预后的影响。方法：收集2012年1月~2013年1月在湖州市中心医院重症医学科住院的严重创伤最终发展为MODS的患者40例作为MODS组,将门诊健康检查体检者30例作为对照组,同时将MODS组根据转归分为死亡组与非死亡组,分别检测患者入院24 h内外周血IL-8、CRP、PCT的浓度。结果：MODS组IL-8水平明显高于对照组,死亡组IL-8水平明显高于非死亡组,且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;MODS组CRP水平明显高于对照组,死亡组CRP水平明显高于非死亡组,且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;MODS组PCT水平明显高于对照组,死亡组PCT水平明显高于非死亡组,且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：IL-8、CRP、PCT水平在创伤性MODS患者升高,揭示其可能参与了MODS的发生。创伤后致炎因子血浆水平的测定可以作为一种有价值的免疫学监测,有助于MODS患者预后评估。Objective：To investigate the effects of interleukin-8（IL-8）,procalcitonin（PCT） and C-reactive protein（CRP） on procedure and prognosis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）.Methods：We selected 40 severe trauma patients who gradually developed into MODS as MODS group between January 2012 and January2013 in intensive care unit in Huzhou Central Hospital,and the MODS group was further divided into death group and non-death group based on the clinical outcome.At the same time,we also chose 30 healthy outpatient subjects as the control group.Then the concentrations of IL-8,CRP,PCT obtained from peripheral blood were detected by ELISA methods within 24 hours after admission.Results：The levels of IL-8,CRP and PCT in MODS group were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Likewise,the concentrations of IL-8,CRP and PCT in death group were significantly higher than that of non-death group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Higher IL-8,CRP and PCT levels in patients with traumatic MODS revealed that IL-8,CRP and PCT may be involved in the occurrence of MODS.Determination of proinflammatory cytokines after trauma as a valuable immunological monitoring contributes to evaluating prognosis of MODS patients.
