摘　　要：无论自然发生还是人为蓄意产生的生物威胁,早期监测预警与准确检测鉴定对于事件有效应对都具有至关重要的作用。分析了美国卫生与公众服务部、国土安全部、国防部生物监测与检测相关科研部署情况,包括生物传感计划、生物监测计划以及生物侦检装备研发等,同时分析了其主要特点,包括技术创新促进产品更新换代、多样化需求牵引不同技术发展、监督评估保证经费有效使用等。To both nature occurring and deliberate released biological threats,biosurveillance and early detection have important role in effective response.In this study we analyzed the biosurveillance and detection relative research project of the United States Department of Health and Human Services,Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense,including biosense,biowatch and detection equipment development.Its main feature includes technological innovation promote production updates,the diversified needs urge various techniques development and strict supervision guarantee the effective use of funding.
