摘 要:将基于固定化微生物技术的缺氧好氧耦合工艺应用到清河东小口临时应急污水治理站升级改造工程中,简要介绍了工程概况与问题、工艺流程、主要构筑物以及运行成本,重点探讨了该系统对河道排污口主要污染物的去除效果。结果表明:该系统出水主要指标COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N分别可减小到20.6、13.5和1.5 mg/L左右,满足设计要求;通过污泥回流,增强了系统的脱氮能力,出水TN浓度降为5.6 mg/L左右。除BOD_5外,以上指标达到北京市DB11/307—2013《水污染物综合排放标准》一级B标准。该系统吨水运行费用为0.41元。该改造工程具有良好的环境效益和经济效益,有利于清河下段整治工程的整体治理效果。Anoxic-aerobic process based on mobilized microorganism was used for upgrading of Qinghe Dong Xiaokou temporary emergency wastewater treatment station. The engineering general situation and problems, process flow, main structures and running cost were briefly introduced, and the removal capacity of main pollutants was mainly discussed. Results show that the removal capacity of chemical oxygen demand (COD), five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BODs) and ammonia nitrogen (NHa-N)by this system can reach 20.6 mg/L, 13.5 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L, which achieves design re- quirements; Total nitrogen removal capacity of the system was 5.6 rag/L, which was enhanced through the sludge return. Above indexes except BOD5 can reach the first grade B standard of "water pollutant discharge standards (DB 11/307-2013 ) ". Running cost is 0.41 vuan/ton wastewater. The upgrading project makes good environmental and economic benefits, which is benefit for the overall treatment effect of Qinghe downstream.
