多输出齿轮泵供油条件下双定子马达的输出特性

摘　　要：以四输出齿轮泵和双作用双定子多速液压马达为基础建立传动系统,理论上探讨该传动中马达输出转速和转矩的多样性,根据泵可输出4种流量及马达多输入的特点,泵与马达在普通连接方式下,可以输出26种不同转速及8种转矩;在差动连接方式下,可输出14种不同转速和4种转矩。进一步扩展探讨了m输出泵与n作用双定子多速马达构成的传动系统中马达的转速及转矩,并初步总结出该类传动的输出规律:普通连接方式下可以实现m(2n+n^2)种转速和2n+n^2种转矩,差动连接方式下可以实现mn^2种转速和n^2种转矩。Based on the four outputs gear pump and the double-acting double-stator multi-speed hydraulic motor, a transmission system is established. The diversity of the rotating speed and the torque in the transmission system is discussed. The motor can output 26 different rotating speeds ential connections the motor can output 14 different rotating and 8 torques in the general connections; in the differ- speeds and 4 torques. Furthermore, the rotating speed and the torque of the motor are discussed deeply in the transmission system composed by the m outputs gear pump and the n acting double-stators muhi-speed motor. Then the law of the output is summarized preliminarily, the mo- tor can output m（ 2n ＋ n2） rotating speeds and 2n ＋ n2 torques in the general connections, and in the differential connections the motor can output mn2 rotating speeds and n2 torques.
