摘  要:为了研究特高压断路器液压缸的缓冲特性,采用CFD动网格技术对流场形态进行数值模拟,得到流场的压力和速度分布图以及压力数值曲线,结果表明流场的缓冲特性主要受过流面积和柱塞运动速度的影响。在此基础上,采用变参分析法研究油液的黏度、体积弹性模量及密度对缓冲特性的影响,得到油液的不同属性值下的压力曲线,通过对比发现,在缓冲过程前期,不同属性值的油液,其压力基本相同;柱塞进入节流孔后,黏度或密度较大的油液,其压力也较大;油液的体积弹性模量越大,则其峰值压力也越大且对应的柱塞位移越小。In order to study the buffering property of hydraulic cylinder in ultra high voltage circuit breaker, the dy- namic mesh technique of CFD was used to simulate the flow field, and the numerical curve and distributions of ve- locity and pressure were obtained. The result shows that the buffering property is influenced by flow area and veloc- ity of plunger mainly. On this basis, the influence of bulk modulus, viscosity and density of hydraulic oil to the buffering property were studied in analysis of variable parameters, and the numerical curves of pressure were ob- tained when the values of oil properties were different. The contradistinction of these curves shows that at the pro- phase movement of plunger, the pressure of the oils with different properties value are the same basically. When the plunger enters into the orifice, the pressure of the oil with larger density or viscosity is greater. The peak pressure of the oil with larger bulk modulus is greater and the corresponding displacement is smaller.
