摘  要:基于UG建立了水稻插秧机插植台液压升降和水平调整装置的三维模型,并导入动力学仿真软件ADAMS中进行动力学分析,得到不同传动方案液压缸的负载变化规律;然后将动态负载导入到AMESim中建立的液压系统仿真模型,研究插植台姿态调整过程中液压传动系统的动态特性。仿真结果表明:液压缸所受负载随插植台位置的变化呈非线性变化,在升降和摆动的极限位置处出现峰值;升降系统采用方案一、水平调整系统采用方案二时,液压缸的工作压力较小,速度稳定较好,且换向冲击小。研究结果可为插秧机液压系统的设计提供理论依据。A hydraulic lifting and swing system simulation analysis was made using ADAMS and AMESim. Firstly, a three-dimension model has been established based on UG. Then, the loading variation of the hydraulic cylinders, which on different transmission plans, can be obtained by importing the ADMS dynamic analysis, finally, input the dymanic loading to Hydraulic System Simulation Model made by AMESim, to research the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic transmission system. The results show that the load of hydraulic cylinder is non-linear changed with the position changed, and the peak is in the limit position of the lifting and swinging; the working pressure and the commutation impact force will be less while the stability of the speed will be better, when the Plan I of the lifting System and the Plan II of the Swinging System was adopted. This paper provides the theory basis for the design of the hydraulic system of the transplanter.
