摘　　要：产业升级和节能减排是当下企业在全球化竞争中的关键。针对挤压机的设备和工艺特点,提高设备可靠性,利用智能的液电混合技术,降低能耗和提升产品质量,是达到推动整个挤压机产业升级和技术进步的一个目标,DFEn智能变转速+变排量系统,根据设备需要的压力,流量及功率,系统会自动根据模型输出系统的最佳转速和排量,实现电机驱动的扭矩最佳,同时高精度的满足设备的功能需求。Industrial upgrading and energy conservation is a key moment in the business of global competition. For equipment and technological characteristics of the extruder, on the basis of how to improve equipment reliability on the use of intelligent electro-hydraulic hybrid technology to reduce energy consumption and improve product quality, to promote the whole extruder industrial upgrading and technological progress, Bosch Rexroth developed DFEn solu- tion that is intelligent variable speed ＋ variable displacement system, according to the required pressure equipment, flow and power output of the system will automatically based model system, the best optimized speed and displace- ment, torque of motor drive to achieve the best, at the same time meet the high-precision functional requirements of the device.
