摘 要:采用离子交换法制备了Cu/SiO_2催化剂,并考察了催化剂的制备条件对Cu/SiO_2催化剂在乙醇一步法合成乙酸乙酯反应性能的影响.XRD,FTIR,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD表征结果表明,延长搅拌时间不仅能够提高铜的负载量,还有利于页硅酸铜物种的形成.经过还原处理页硅酸铜可以被还原为Cu^+,为催化剂表面提供一定的L酸中心.反应活性结果表明,搅拌时间为1week的催化剂性能要优于搅拌时间为24h的催化剂.Cu / Si O2 catalysts were prepared by ion exchange method,the effects of preparation condition was investigated during direct transformation of ethanol to ethyl acetate. Characterization by XRD,FTIR,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD showed that extend the stirring time can not only improve the load of copper,but conducive to the formation of copper phyllosilicate which provide access to the Lewis acidic Cu+species. It was found that the performance of catalyst with stirring 1week was better than the catalyst with stirring 24 h.
