摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Hypopnea Syndrome,OSAHS)发病率高、病因复杂,可导致全身多系统、多脏器的损害,严重危害人们的心身健康。OSAHS与心血管疾病密切相关,其机制复杂,目前尚不完全明确。临床上需要多学科综合评估制定合理的个体化综合治疗方案。The obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS） is high incidence and complex etiology,can lead to systemic multi-system,multi-organ damage,serious harm to people＇s physical and mental health.It is closely associated with cardiovascular disease.Its mechanism is complex,it is not yet entirely clear.Multidisciplinary assessment of needs to develop a reasonable individualized comprehensive treatment program on clinical.
