摘　　要：筑波大学组建四十多年来,通过确立开放办学的理念、革新学术组织制度以及与筑波科学城紧密互动,构建了富有个性化特色的协同创新模式。筑波模式的核心特质是政府和市场发挥不同形式的主导性作用,大学和其他主体之间进行职能的科学分化以及建立有效的合作机制。Having been founded for more than 40 years, Tsukuba University has built a collaborative innovation model with personalized characteristics through establishment of open school-running concept, innovation in academic organizational system and close inter- actions with Tsukuba Science City. The core traits of Tsukuba model are the leading roles that government and market play in different ways, the scientific differentiation of functions and the establishment of an effective cooperative mechanism between the university and other main bodies. These characteristics of Tsukuba model provide important reference val- ue for Chinese universities to promote collaborative innovation project currently.
