摘 要:通过沥青胶浆和钢纤维沥青胶浆温度裂缝形态的对比,研究了钢纤维对沥青胶浆裂缝开展的控制作用,通过不同温度下不同钢纤维掺量的沥青混凝土试件经弯曲断裂后裂缝自愈能力的系列试验,研究了温度、钢纤维掺量和自愈期长度对沥青混凝土自愈能力的影响规律。结果表明,钢纤维可改善温度裂缝的开展形态,由少缝开裂变为多缝开裂;温度对沥青混凝土的自愈能力具有决定作用,钢纤维对沥青混凝土裂缝的自愈能力具有显著的改善作用,钢纤维对沥青混凝土自愈能力的改善效果来自对抗裂能力的提高;自愈期长度也是影响沥青混凝土自愈能力的重要因素,二者之间呈线性关系。并根据试验结果建立了考虑温度及钢纤维影响的裂缝自愈能力预估模型。Through comparison of temperature cracking patterns between asphalt mortar and steel fiber reinforced asphalt mortar, the controlling effect of steel fiber on crack of asphalt mortar is studied. By a series of tests on crack-healing ability of asphalt concrete specimens with different steel fiber content after bending test under different temperature, influence of temperature, steel fiber and healing period on healing ability of asphalt concrete are studied. The results show that steel fiber can change fracture pattern of temperature cracks from wide-cracking into multiple-cracking, temperature has a decisive effect on healing capacity of asphalt concrete, steel fiber significantly improves crack-healing capacity of asphalt concrete, which attributing to the increasing in anti-crack capacity of steel fiber on asphalt concrete, and healing period is another key factor affecting the healing ability of asphalt concrete, there is a linear relationship between the both. Prediction model on healing capacity of asphalt concrete considering the influences of temperature and steel fiber was put forward.
