如虎添翼——基于急诊电子病历系统的西京急诊医疗新模式

摘　　要：电子病历系统在国内大中型医院的运用已非常广泛，但目前国内大多数医院尚无单独的急诊电子病历系统，现有的门诊病历系统和住院病历系统均无法充分体现急诊医疗工作特征，制约着急诊的整体发展。针对上述情况第四军医大学西京医院急诊电子病历系统研发团队经过潜心钻研，自主研发了能够充分体现急诊工作特点的西京急诊电子病历系统，填补了国内急诊电子病历系统的空白，极大提高了急诊医疗工作效率和患者家属满意度，促进了急诊医疗、科研、教学等工作的全面提升，而基于“大数据”的急诊电子病历系统将是未来努力的方向。The use of electronic medical records system in large and medium - sized hospitals in domestic has been quite common, however, most hospitals have no emergency electronic medical records system by now, meanwhile the outpatient medical records system and hospital medical records system are unable to reflect the characteristics of emergency medical work very well, which restricts the overall development of emergency department. To solve the problem mentioned above, the research and development group of emergency electronic medical records system in Xijing Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University invented the emergency electronic medical records system of Xijing Hospital. It embodies the work characteristics of emergency fully, flus the blank of emergency electronic medical records system in domestic, improves the efficiency of emergency medical work and the satisfaction of the patients and their families and promotes the development of medical, scientific and teaching work in the emergency department, and the emergency electronic medical record system based on ＂big data＂ will be the effort direction in the future.
