摘　　要：经纬大厦项目的施工管理全程使用建筑信息化虚拟建造技术,通过工程数据库建设和共享、多专业综合碰撞检查和处理、施工进度模拟和更新、工程量统计分析和成本实时管控、施工工艺流程虚拟仿真等技术手段,在项目管理组织、成本数据控制和虚拟施工指导等方面取得了绿色施工的良好成效,提高了项目精细化管理水平。The technology of Building Information Modeling （BIM） is used throughout the construction management of Jingwei Building. By using the techniques of project database construction and sharing, multi specialty integrated collision detection and treatment, construction process simulation and update, construction quantity statistical analysis and cost real-time control, virtual simulation of construction process, etc. This project＇s green construction achieves good result in the project management organization, the control of cost data and the virtual construction guidance, etc. and improves the proiect management level.
