针刺对缺血导致心肌损伤作用的研究概况

摘　　要：通过对近十年来的文献分析,发现针刺对缺血所致心肌细胞损伤有一定的修复作用,主要是集中于对一些生长因子的研究,它们可以动员自身或体外干细胞,促进心功能恢复等,保护残存心肌,促进缺血梗死心肌修复及再生,调节心自主神经等。但是总体来看目前研究机制的水平处于较低水平,同时对于临床的应用也较少,这也是一个重要问题。Through the related literatures review during the past ten years, authors found that acupuncture may make some contributions to injury repair of myocardial cells induced by ischemia. This kind of research focused mainly on certain growth factors, which improved cardiac function, protected remnant myocardium, repaired and regenerated isehemia - infarcted myocardial cells, and adjusted autonomic cardiac nerves by activating themselves or stem cells in vitro. Then, this approach of acupuncture, to some extent, can achieve therapeutic attainments in regarding adjusting autonomic cardiac nerves as well as myocardial recovery of functions. Nevertheless, the status quo of this research in the related area, on the whole, stands at a very primary stage, then brings about few examples of clinical applications, and this also an important issue.
