摘  要:研究涂覆层对高频CO_2脉冲激光刻写长周期光纤光栅的影响。实验表明:在带涂覆层的光纤上刻写光栅时,光栅的谐振波长、峰值损耗和附加损耗的变化更趋平缓,而且平均损耗更小;涂覆层的存在会提高光栅的机械强度,但会增加刻写次数,易造成光栅刻写位置发生微小偏移。The effects of coat to long - period fiber grating written by high - frequency CO2 laser pulses were studied in the paper. The experiment results showed that long - period fiber gratings written on coated fiber of its resonant wavelength, peak loss and additional loss not only changed smoothly, but also had a smaller average additional loss. Coats of fiber gratings could improve the gratings'mechanlcal characteristics, but it would need more times to writing, which may make the writing point have a tiny shift.
