摘 要:以乙二胺/磷酸作为吸收液,空气与二氧化硫混合制成模拟尾气,在填料塔中进行逆流和并流吸收实验,考察了液气比、空塔气速、入口二氧化硫浓度、填料层高度和吸收液中四价硫浓度对脱硫率的影响。研究结果表明:脱硫率随着液气比的增加而增大;随填料层高的增加,脱硫率先增大后趋缓;随着空塔气速和入口二氧化硫浓度增加,脱硫率逐渐减小;当吸收液中四价硫含量增加时脱硫率显著下降;同一操作条件下并流吸收效果优于逆流吸收。Using ethylenediamine/phosphate as absorption system, air and sulfur dioxide are mixed as simulated tail gas, desulphurization experiments with both countercurrent and cocurrent flow characteristics are investigated in packed tower, key factors on the efficiency of desulphurization, including liquid - gas ratio, superficial gas velocity, SO2 inlet concentration, packed height and S ( IV ) concentration in liquid are studied. The results show that desulfurization rate increases with the increasing of liquid - gas ratio. Increasing packed height, the rate of desulfurization is first increases clearly and then slowly. The rate of desulfurization decrease with the increasing of superficial gas velocity and inlet SO2 concentration. When Tetravalent sulfur concentrations in the absorption solution increases, the desulfurization rate drops significantly. Under the same operating conditions, absorption effect of countercurrent flow is superior to that of cocurrent flow.
