摘  要:为分析与探讨GIS技术及物联网在城市物联应急平台构建中的应用,研究了GIS技术与物联网的概念及特征,其次阐述GIS技术与物联网在城市物联应急管理中的重要作用,并对影响城市物联应急平台构建的因素进行论述,最后探讨物联网和GIS技术在城市物联应急平台构建中的应用,结果发现,在应急领域中应用GIS技术与物联网,创建城市应急管理平台,对突发事件预警、智能发现及应急处理能力进行不断提升,对确保城市经济发展与安全稳定极具重要意义。GIS与物联网在市物联应急平台构件中的应用,能够实现空间数据的存储、共享、采集、分析和制图等,有效处理应急事件,对于提高城市物联应急设施管理与维护效率,具有积极作用。In order to analyze and explore the application of GIS technology and Internet of Things(IOT)in construction of the urban objects associated emergency platform,the concepts and characteristics of GIS technology and IOT are analyzed and discussed first in this paper,and then the important role of GIS technology and IOT in urban objects associated emergency management is elaborated and the factors which affect the construction of the emergency platform are discussed. Finally the application of GIS technology and IOT in the emergency platform is investigated. The results show it is significant for the continuous promotion of capacity in emergency warning,intelligent detection and emergency response as well as guarantee of the unban economic development and the security to use the GIS technology and IOT in the field of emergency,and create the urban emergency platform. The application of GIS technology and IOT in the emergency platform can achieve the functions of spatial data storage,sharing,acquisition,analysis and mapping,has a positive role to deal with emergencies,and can improve the management and maintenance efficiency of the urban objects associated emergency facilities.
