摘  要:目的:探讨不同强度运动处方在8周减肥过程中对青春期肥胖大鼠运动后即刻能耗、体重和Lee’s的影响。方法:大鼠建模7周后,取32只肥胖鼠随机分为4组,每组8只,分别为肥胖对照组、低强度运动组、中强度运动组、高强度运动组。3种强度在动物跑台跑速分别定为15-18m/min、21-25 m/min、28-32 m/min,5次/周,60min/次,持续8周。每周测体重、计算Lee’s指数,采用大鼠代谢系统测大鼠运动后即刻吸氧量以及能量消耗。结果:8周干预过程中,干预各组表现出运动后即刻的肌肉吸氧量和总吸氧量、肌肉能耗和总能耗明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),高强度组高于低强度组(P<0.05);体重表现为干预组增长幅度明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),Lee’s指数表现为干预组在第8周均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),不同强度运动之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:青春期肥胖大鼠伴随周龄的增加体重呈上升趋势,而肌肉吸氧量和总吸氧量、肌肉能耗和总能耗呈下降趋势。经过8周运动干预后,不同强度运动处方能提高青春期肥胖大鼠运动后即刻的吸氧量及能量消耗,高强度运动的效果最明显;而体重的增长幅度及Lee’s指数均有所降低,但受运动强度的影响较小。Objective: To explore effects of different intensity of exercise prescription on energy consumption after exercise, body weight and Lee's index of adolescent obese rats in the 8 weeks of weight loss process. Methods: The model of rats after 7 weeks, 32 rats of obese rats were randomly divide into 4 groups, 8 rats in each group. They were obese control group, low intensity exercise group, moderate intensity exercise group, high intensity exercise group. Three strengths in animal treadmill running speed respectively to 15-18m/min, 21-25 m/min, 28-32 rn/min, 5 times / week, 60min/times, 8 weeks. Measured the weight, length, calculate Lee's index every week. Oxygen consumption and energy consumption were measured by using rat metabolic system. Results: During 8 weeks, the intervention groups showed that the muscle oxygen consumption and total oxygen consumption, muscle energy consumption and total energy consumption of immediately after exercise were higher than control group obviously (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) , the high intensity group was higher than that low intensity group (P〈0.05) ; weight for the performance of the growth rate of the exercise groups were lower than that the control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) , Lee's of intervention groups were lower than that of the control group in the eighth week (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) , there is no significant difference between the different intensity exercise (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: The body weight of adolescent obese rats was on the increase with the increase of age, but the muscle oxygen consumption and total oxygen consumption, muscle energy consumption and total energy consumption was on the reduce. After 8 weeks of exercise intervention, different intensity of exercise prescription can improve the oxygen uptake and energy movement of adolescent obesity rats immediate consumption state, the most obvious effect of high intensity exercise; and the growth rate and Lee's index weight was decreased, but less affected by exercise intensity
