摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法通过对早期专项化训练实践中现存的问题进行研究。认为:现阶段早期专项化训练实践中所产生问题的原因主要是实施主体认识不到位、评价与监督体系基础性保障的匮乏、实时监控的缺失等问题相对突出。并提出了强化主体队伍建设、全方位提高教练员水平、规范理论指导、加强实践评价与监督体系基础性保障建设、实施强化实时性监控构建等较为具体的措施方案。Through the research on the existing problems of the early special training practice by the methods of literature, logic analysis and others. Consider： At the present stage the main reason of the problem in the early special training practice is the problem such as implementation main body understanding does not reach the designated position, the lack of basic security evaluation and supervision system, the lack of real-time monitoring is relatively outstanding. Put forward some more concrete measures such as strengthen subject construction, improving the level of coaches, norm theory instruction, strengthens the construction of basic security evaluation and supervision system, implement strengthened real-time monitoring builds.
