摘　　要：近年来,有关马彩的话题在国内越来越热,争取马彩试点的并非武汉一个城市,包括广州、南京、济南、成都、重庆等在内的多个城市已建、在建或欲建赛马场,都在为竞争马彩试点努力。目前,武汉发行赛马彩票处于机遇和挑战并存的时期,本文对武汉市发型赛马彩票的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行全方位的深入分析,从而探讨武汉发行赛马彩票的可行性,为其申请马彩试点提供理论依据和参考。In recent years, the topic of horse racing lottery in China is more and more hot, for horse racing lottery pilot not Wuhan a city, including Guangzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Chongqing, Chengdu, a city already built, under construction or planned racetrack, for competition horse racing lottery pilot effort. At present, Wuhan horse racing lottery issued in both opportunities and challenges of the era, the Wuhan city hair horse racing lottery advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of a full range of in-depth analysis, so as to explore the issue of Wuhan horse racing lottery feasibility, for its application horse racing lottery pilot provides theory basis and reference.
