摘　　要：在人口老龄化的发展问题逐渐成为时代主题的当代社会,其中老年妇女体育也成为了社会普遍关注的焦点,本文运用文献资料等方法分析老年妇女体育发展的重要性和问题,发现目前老年妇女体育的发展还相对滞后,面临诸多的困境,集中体现在政策保障的不到位,体育公共服务的投入不足,人均体育消费能力十分有限,最重要的是性别偏见对老年妇女参与体育活动的束缚,基于此,要发展我国老年妇女体育,政府层面需加快体育立法,增加体育资金投入,社区层面加强对社会体育指导员的管理,家庭应提供经济和精神上的支持,关键的是老年妇女要突破性别偏见的束缚,改变价值观,才能实现老年妇女体育发展与社会发展的均衡。The problems in the development of aging population has gradually become the theme of the modern society, sports mainly elderly women sports as the focus of social universal attention, this paper uses the methods such as literature material analysis the importance and problem of development of elderly women sports , the study found that the current development of elderly women sports still lags behind relatively, facing many difficulties, focus reflected in the policy is not in place, public sports service is insufficient, the ability of sports consumption per capita is very limited, the most important is the sex prejudice of bondage, older women participate in sports activities, based on this, the development of elderly women sports in China, the government needs to speed up the sports legislation, increase sports funds, strengthen the community level the management of social sports instructors, the family should provide economic and spiritual support, the key is to break the shackles of older women sex prejudice, changes in values, in order to achieve development of the elderly women sports and social development balanced.
