摘　　要：职业学校的体育教师的成长是职业学校体育工作开展中重要的一环,本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,调查了目前无锡市职业学校体育教师的现状,并指出了职业学校体育教师在专业成长上存在的问题,最后从专业成长的角度给出了提高职业学校体育教师专业发展的对策。The growth of vocational school PE teachers is important work carried out in vocational school sports part, the paper documentation, surveys and other research methods to investigate the present situation of vocational school PE teachers in Wuxi City, and pointed out the occupation school sports teachers in the professional growth of the existing problems. Finally, the increase vocational school physical education teacher professional development strategies from the perspective of professional growth.
