摘 要:为了解我国农民健康知识的获取途径、分析农民的健康教育需求、促进农村健康教育的良性发展,采用阶段整群抽样法选取浙江、安徽、陕西3省7市的12个村的1 768位农民进行问卷调查。结果发现:三省农民健康知识主要通过"自学"和"与人交流"获取;健康知识获取源主要是电视节目;健康信息交流对象主要是朋友和长辈;接受的地区专业人员健康指导主要来自乡镇卫生院和村保健所;学校教育途径主要为初中和小学;学校健康教育方式主要为健康教育课和青春期生理卫生课;农民可以看懂图文并茂、通俗易懂的健康教育读本;农民最喜欢的健康教育方式是电视和光盘。基于此,本研究建议:相关部门开发适合农民的健康电视节目、光盘和读本;使学校成为农村健康教育的中心;强化基层保健人员的健康教育意识和职责;搭建农村健康教育交流平台。To gain an insight into farmers' access to health knowledge, to analyze their need for health education as well as to facilitate the sound development of health education in rural regions, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1768 farmers from 12 villages of 7 cities in 3 provinces including Zhejiang, Anhui and Shanxi,using cluster-stratified sampling. The result indicates: farmers mainly acquire their knowledge of health by selflearning and communication with others; TV programs are the major source of health information for them;people who give them health guidance are the professionals of the clinic of their townships and villages;curriculums like Health Education and Adolescent Physiological Hygiene are their access to health knowledge at primary and junior high schools; they are capable of reading health education readers in plain language and well illustrated; TV programs and CD-ROM are their favorite vehicles of health education. Based on the survey,suggestions are proposed accordingly.
