摘　　要：随着经济全球化的不断发展和中国全面深化改革的进行,我国改革已经进入一个新的历史转折点。"一带一路"战略构想的提出,为实现沿线国家经济文化交流、产能调整和基础设施改善带来了新的契机,也为我国东北重工业基地振兴和西部大开发战略增添了新的动力。同时,要科学、理性地分析由此带来的各种机遇和挑战,以保持区域经济发展平衡。Economic globalization and China＇ s comprehensive deepening of reform generate new requirements to the regional economic development. “One Belt and One Road” strategy has significance to achieve cultural exchan- ges and production capacity adjustment. They also create opportunities for infrastructure improvement and produc- tion structure adjustment for countries along the line. Furthermore, China＇ s heavy industrial base in the Northeast Revival and the west development strategy get new impetus. At the same time, to analysis the challenge of scientific and rational is in favor of the develonment and balance of regional economic.
