摘　　要：为探索大学生考研动机的影响因素,从大学生考研动机的影响因素出发,构建基于贝叶斯网络的大学生考研动机影响机制模型,并通过改变父节点概率来计算各影响因素的关联度,改变子节点概率来计算考研动机的变化.研究结果表明,贝叶斯网络能较为准确地反映出大学生考研动机的影响机制各变量间的动态关系,以及各种影响因素对考研动机影响大小的具体情况.根据计算结果,学校、社会及个人能够对大学生考研动机进行有效管理与调节.Starting from influencing factors of the undergraduates＇ motivation for postgraduate, the influencing mechanism model of students＇ motivation based on Bayesian network was con- structed by the probability of the parent node to calculate the correlation degree of each factor, and changing the probability of sub nodes to calculate the change of the motivation. And the simplified calculation of complex Bayesian network was discussed. The results show that, Bayesian network can reflect the dynamic relationship among the factors, and the conditions of these influencing factors to the motivation for postgraduate. According to the calculation re- sults, the school, society and individual can effectively manage and adjust the undergraduates＇ postgraduate entrance examination.
