舟山地区2008～2014年孕产妇死亡率、儿童死亡率变化及孕产妇保健影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析舟山地区孕产妇死亡率、儿童死亡率变化趋势及孕产妇保健因素影响因素。方法采用描述性分析和相关分析的方法,对2008年10月-2014年10月舟山地区孕产妇死亡率、儿童死亡率情况及孕产妇保健影响因素进行分析。结果 1舟山市2008年10月-2014年10月间有1例孕产妇死亡;2舟山市新生儿死亡率波动呈不规则变化,而婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率总体上呈现下降趋势;3新法接生率、住院分娩率一直保持100%,孕早期检查率、系统管理率呈逐年上升,高危产妇百分比呈现稳定下降趋势;4舟山市地区孕早期检查率、系统管理率、7岁以下保健覆盖率与婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率呈负相关。结论舟山地区孕产妇死亡率低,儿童死亡率呈下降趋势,孕早期检查率、系统管理率、7岁以下儿童保健覆盖率有待进一步提高。Objective To analyze the change trends of maternal mortality rate, child mortality rate and maternal health influence factors in Zhoushan city from October 2008 to October 2014. Methods Descriptive analysis method and correlation analysis method were adopted to analyze maternal mortality rate, child mortality rate and maternal health influence factors in Zhoushan city from October 2008 to October 2014. Results 1 There was one case of none-maternal mortality in Zhoushan city from October 2008 to October 2014. 2The neonatal mortality rate fluctuation was irregular,and infant mortality rate, under-five child mortality rate presented an overall downward trend. 3The rate of new delivery and hospital delivery rate remained 100 percent, and the early pregnancy check rate and system management rate were rising year by year, and high-risk maternal women percentage showed a steady downward trend. 4 The early pregnancy check rate,system management rate and health management rate of children younger than 7 years old were negatively correlated with infant mortality rate, the mortality rate of children under five years old in Zhoushan City.Conclusion The maternal mortality rate is low, child mortality declines, and the rate of early pregnancy check, system management rate, and health management rate of children younger than 7 years old need to be further improved in Zhoushan City.
