痰湿壅盛证型原发性高血压病中医护理干预的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨痰湿壅盛证型原发性高血压病中医护理干预的临床效果。方法选择2014年1-6月在我院治疗的痰湿壅盛证型原发性高血压病患者80例为研究对象,根据入院单双数原则分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予中医护理。比较两组的临床效果。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分均显著下降（P〈0.01）;干预组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。干预组干预后1周,收缩压及舒张压均显著下降（P〈0.05）。两组间比较,干预后1周、4周,干预组患者收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率82.4%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中医护理干预能够显著改善痰湿壅盛证型原发性高血压患者的中医证候,改善患者的降压效果,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of TCM nursing intervention for primary hypertension of Phlegm-dampness type. Methods 80 cases with primary hypertension of Phlegm-dampness type from Jan to Jun 2014 were Selected and divided into intervention group and control group, each of 40 cases. Control group was nursed with routine care, and intervention group was nursed with TCM nursing intervention bases on routine care. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After intervention, TCM syndrome score of two groups decreased（P〈0.01）;After intervention, TCM syndrome score of intervention group was lower than control group（P〈0.01）; One week after the intervention,SBP and DBP of intervention decreased（P〈0.01）;One week and four weeks after the intervention, SBP and DBP of intervention were lower than control group（P〈0.01）. Total efficiency of intervention group was 94.3%, and control group was 82.4%, which showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention for primary hypertension of Phlegm-dampness type can decrease TCM syndrome score, and improve antihypertensive effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
