摘　　要：喹诺酮类抗菌药物多应用于由革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、厌氧菌、支原体等引起的各类感染性疾病的治疗中,具有抗菌谱广、抗菌作用强、口服吸收好、与其他抗菌药物无交叉耐药等特点。同时,随着其应用范围的扩大,不良反应也逐年增多。喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应主要包括胃肠道反应、中枢神经系统反应、心血管系统反应、变态反应等。因此,正确选择与合理应用此类药物,才能减少毒副反应和不良反应的发生,对提高其临床应用具有重大意义。本研究对喹诺酮类抗菌药物的发展简史、化学结构与抗菌作用机制及临床应用、不良反应情况综述如下。Quinolone antibacterial drugs application caused by leather LAN negative bacteria, gram positive bacteria,anaerobic bacteria,mycoplasma and mycoplasma infection in the treatment of diseases,has antibacterial,broad spectrum antibacterial effect of strong oral absorption,and other antibacterial drugs without cross resistance characteristics.At the same time,with the expansion of its application,the adverse reactions are increasing year by year. Including gastrointestinal reaction,central nervous system reaction,cardiovascular system reaction,allergic reaction and so on. Therefore,the correct choice and reasonable application of these drugs can reduce the toxic side effects and adverse reactions. It is of great significance to improve the clinical application. The study of quinolone antibacterial drug development history, chemical structure and antibacterial mechanism of action and clinical application and adverse reaction are reviewed in this paper are as follows.
