系统护理干预对髋关节骨折愈合和功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统护理干预对髋关节骨折愈合和功能恢复的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月间我院收治的108例髋关节骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者行系统护理干预。比较两组患者的骨折愈合情况、关节功能恢复情况、Harris评分和Barthel指数积分、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的骨折愈合总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的关节功能康复率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的Harris评分和Barthel指数积分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的总并发症发生率为5.4%,对照组患者的总并发症发生率为16.2%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论系统护理干预对髋关节骨折愈合和功能恢复有明显的促进作用,能有效帮助患者恢复健康,临床上值得进一步推广和使用。Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the healing and functional recovery of hip fracture. Methods The 108 cases of hip fracture patients were selected as the research object in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, and randomly divided into observation group and control group（54 cases in each group）.The control group were given conventional nursing, and the observation group were given systematic nursing intervention. The fracture healing, joint function recovery, Harris score, Barthel index score and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of fracture healing in patients of observation group was96.2%, and total effective rate of fracture healing in patients of control group was 83.3%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The rate of joint function recovery in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Harris score and Barthel index score of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications of observation group was 5.4% and the total incidence of complications of control group was16.2%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion System nursing intervention can promote fracture healing and joint function recovery for patients with hip fracture, it can effectively help patients back to health, and it is worth further clinical promotion and use in clinical medicine.
