摘　　要：目的 探讨高通量血液透析对严重肾衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2013年3月~2015年3月我院120例严重肾衰竭病例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规血液透析治疗,观察组则进行高通量血液透析治疗。观察两组治疗前后炎性因子（TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6）、血脂（TC、TG）与血浆蛋白水平（β2-M、TP、Alb）的变化情况,并对本次研究数据做统计学分析。结果 治疗前后观察组患者的炎性因子、血浆蛋白水平、血脂水平等指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在严重肾衰竭患者临床治疗方案中,高通量血液透析治疗能够扩大常规血液透析治疗的滤过范围,从而更有效地发挥滤过小分子毒素的优势,加快清除血脂大分子、炎性分子以及血浆蛋白分子等大、中分子;改善血脂水平,巩固治疗效果,改善患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis treatment for patients with.,severe renal failure. Methods 120 cases of patients With severe renal failure from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected for the study,which were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases of each group.The control group received conventional hemodialysis treatment,observation group received high flux hemodialysis.The inflammatory cytokines （TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6）,blood lipids （TC,TG）and plasma Protein levels （β2-M,TP,Alb）before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed, Results After treatment, the inflammatory cytokines,blood lipids and plasma protein levels of the observation group were better than before treatment and the control group after treatment, there were statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of severe renal failure patients,the high flux hemodiaiysis treatment can expand the scope of the conventional hemodialysis treatment,and thus more effective： use of the advantages of small molecular toxins,accelerate the removal of lipid, molecules,inflammatory molecules, and plasma protein molecules and other large ahd medium molecule; improve blood lipid levels,consolidate the treatment effect,improve the quality of life of patients.
