布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果。方法 选择我院2014年6月-2015年9月收治的148例小儿喘息性肺炎患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组74例。对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上行布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗。观察两组患儿的治疗效果,并比较两组患儿的临床症状消失时间。结果 观察组的总有效率为93.24%,显著高于对照组的83.78%,且观察组患儿咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难等症状的消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针对小儿喘息性肺炎在常规治疗的基础上实施布地奈德、异丙托溴铵、沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗,具有良好的效果,能够帮助患儿快速改善临床症状,且安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide,ipratropium bromide,salbutamol FOR combined atom- ization inhalation in treatment of asthmatic pneumonia in children. Methods 148 children with asthmatic pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,and there were 74 patients in each group.In control group,on the basis of routine treatment,they were treated with budesonide inhalation therapy while in observation group,on the basis of routine treatment,they were treated with thebudesonide,ipratropium bromide,salbutamol for combined atomization inhalation.Treatment effect of two groups of children were observed and the disappearance time of clinical symptom of children was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group （93.24%） was significantly higher than that in control group （83.78%） and the disappearance time of symptom such as cough,wheezing and dyspnea in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group respectively,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,implementation of budesonide, ipratropium bromide,salbutamol for combined atomization inhalation for children with asthmatic pneumoniahave good effect can help children quickly improve the clinical symptoms and it is safety and effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
