中药注射液醒脑静在中重型颅脑损伤中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药注射液醒脑静在中重型颅脑损伤中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2011年3月-2013年2月本院诊治的82例中重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（42例）。对照组采用临床常规方式治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组治疗72 h后的苏醒情况及治疗1个月后的临床疗效。结果 观察组的清醒时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的清醒率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药注射液醒脑静能有效加快中重型颅脑损伤特别是中度损伤且未开颅患者的苏醒,增强临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese herbal injection Xingnaojing in moderate and severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 82 patients with moderate and severe traumatic brain injury from March 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （40 cases） was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The awaking rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese herbal injection Xingnaojing can effectively speed up awaking in patients with moderate and severe traumatic brain injury,especially in moderate degree without craniotomy and intensify the clinical effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
