2003-2012年我所男性绝育术开展的趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 分析男性绝育意愿变化,预测男性绝育术的未来发展趋势。方法 翻阅我所2003-2012年的病历档案,对各病例的手术原因、意愿、手术方式等进行统计分析。结果 2003-2012年,施行男性绝育术对象的数量有所增长,在此期间的定基比均〉1;自愿要求绝育术的人数呈逐年增加的趋势,2012年自愿实施手术的患者比例达到78.79%,而由于政策原因实施手术的患者数量则逐年下降,到2012年此类患者的比例从94.12%下降到21.21%。结论 男性绝育手术的自愿实施行为有所提高,在此基础上,院方和家属应给予男性手术患者更多的关心和爱护,此总结值得后续研究参考和借鉴。Objective To analyze the intention change of male sterilization,and predict future development trend of male sterilization operation. Methods After looking through medical records from 2003 to 2012 in our institute,reason for surgery,will,and surgical method for these eases were statistically analyzed. Results The number of people who were willing to accept male sterilization from 2003 to 2012 increased to some extent and the relative ratio with fixed base was ore than one.The number of people required male sterilization of their own will was in a gradual increase trend,and the proportion in 2012 was reached 78.79%. Number of patients performed with male sterilization due to policy was de- creased year by year.Till 2012,tbe proportion had been decreased from 94.12% to 21.21%. Conclusion Implementation of male sterilization of their own will has been increased.On this basis,the hospital and their families should pay more concerns and care to these patients accepting male sterilization operatlon.The summarization is worth to be referred for follow-up research.
