论农村社会传统治理与现代治理的冲突与平衡

摘　　要：随着农村现代化发展,农村治理模式由传统治理向现代治理转变。通过以中共十八届四中全会中"依法治国"主题为契机,归纳中国农村社会现代化历程,概述农村传统治理与现代治理的含义、作用,描述传统治理向现代治理的演变及影响,指出在演变过程中二者间的矛盾与冲突,进而寻找实现二者达到平衡的途径。With the development of rural modernization,rural management modes change from traditional management to modern governance. The essay analyzes the course of social modernization in rural China; summarizes the meanings and function of traditional rural governance and modern rural governance; describes the influence of evolution from traditional to modern rural governance; finally indicates the main aspect of the contradictions between the two during the evolution,thereby proposing some directions for the integrating point and balance between them.
