摘　　要：以《齐齐哈尔大学学报(哲社版)》2012—2013年刊载的文章为统计对象,采用文献计量学方法,对载文量、第一作者情况以及引文做了分析,以期客观描述《齐齐哈尔大学学报(哲社版)》的办刊特色和学术影响力。By the thesis published in Qiqihar University Journal（ Philosophy Social Science） from 2012 to 2013,the thesis analyzes the amount of the papers,the first author and quotationwith the approach of metrology,aiming at finding the features and academic influence of the journal.
