正常胎儿肺部结构的超声图像特征

摘  要:目的分析超声探查正常胎儿肺部结构的方法及其图像特征,为胎儿肺发育提供参考。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月在我院进行产前常规超声检查的孕妇873例为研究对象,按照孕周不同分为3组:A组(20~27周^(+6))208例、B组(28~36周^(+6))286例、C组(37~41周^(+6))379例。测量胎儿气管和支气管的直径及二者之间的夹角,肺面积及其与胎儿质量的比值。结果正常胎儿肺面积、质量、气管、支气管直径均随孕周增加而增加,气管、支气管夹角与孕周无明显相关性,而肺面积与胎儿质量呈正相关。结论超声检查能够为胎儿肺部结构正常值提供参考。Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic method of lung structures of normal fetus and the the image features to provide reference for the development of fetal lung. Methods 873 cases of pregnant women undergoing prenatal routine ultrasonography in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were divided into three groups according to gestational weeks: group A (20 ~ 27 weeks +6, 208 cases), group B (28 - 36 weeks +6, 286 cases), group C (37 - 41 weeks +6, 379 cases). The diameter of trachea and bronchi, the angle between trachea and bronchi, the lung area, the ratio of lung area and fetal weight of fetus was measured. Results The lung area, weight, trachea diameter and bronchus diameter of normal fetus increased with the delay of gestational age, the angle between trachea and bronchi had no significant correlation with gestational age, and the fetal lung area was positively related with fetal weight. Conclusion Ultrasonography can provide reference for the normal value of lung structures of normal fetus.
