摘  要:目的探讨MIPPO技术在肱骨干骨折患者手术中应用价值。方法选择2013年6月至2014年12月我院收治的肱骨干骨折患者60例,随机将患者分成两组,观察组(22例)采用MIPPO技术治疗,对照组(38例)采用切开复位术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况以及骨痂出现时间。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、肩关节屈伸范围均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组在第一周、第二周出现骨痂人数比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MIPPO技术用于治疗肱骨干骨折疗效更佳,患者术后恢复更快,并发症发生率更低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of MIPPO technique in the treatment of patients with humeral shaft fractures. Methods 60 patients with humeral shaft fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (22 cases) was given M1PPO technique, the control group (38 cases) was given open reduction. The clinical efficacy, operation related indices, complications and appeared time of callus of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intranperative bleeding volume, healing time, range of flexion and extension of shoulder joint in observation group were better than those in control group (P〈0.05), the incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group (P〈0.05), the rate of callus patients of observation group in the first and second week was higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05), the excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions MIPPO technique has better curative effect in treating humeral shaft fractures, with quicker postoperative recovery and lower complications rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
