点阵激光技术治疗凹陷型痤疮瘢痕的美观性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨点阵激光技术治疗凹陷型痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效,并对其治疗后美观性进行分析。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2014年12月期间收治的60例凹陷型痤疮瘢痕患者的临床资料,患者均行点阵激光技术治疗,每2个月治疗1次,连续治疗4次为1个疗程。记录患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后的美观性。结果随着治疗次数的不断增加,患者的临床效果也不断提高,且不同治疗次数的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者的灰度差值明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论应用点阵激光技术治疗凹陷型痤疮瘢痕临床治疗效果较好,不良反应发生少,美观性更高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of lattice laser technique in the treatment of depressed acne scar, and to analyze its aesthetics after treatment. Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with depressed ache scar treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with lattice laser technique for every 2 months, and 4 times as a course. The clinical curative effect, adverse reactions and aesthetics before and after treatment of patients were recorded. Results The clinical treatment effect were improved with the increase of the treatment times, and the total effective rate of different treatment times had significant difference （P〈0.05）. The gray difference value after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. All patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusions Lattice laser technique has good clinical effect in treatment of depressed acne scar, with less adverse reactions and high aesthetics, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
