双糖口干缓解含漱液在鼻内镜术后患者口腔护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双糖口干缓解含漱液在鼻内镜术后患者双鼻腔填塞期间口腔护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者42例,随机分成观察组(22例)和对照组(20例)。两组均实施常规术后护理及健康宣教,观察组在此基础上使用双糖口干缓解含漱液含漱,对照组在此基础上用生理盐水含漱。比较两组的口腔干燥分级和口腔不适症状情况。结果观察组发生口腔干燥≥3级的患者比例低于对照组(9.1%vs 50.0%),发生口干、口臭及其他咽部不适症状的比例低于对照组(9.1%vs 75.0%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口干燥症分级标准适用于评估鼻内镜术后患者,双糖口干缓解含漱液可明显减轻患者的口干、口臭等不适症状,且无不良反应。Objective To evaluate the application effect of disaccharide xerostomia catabatic gargle in mouth care of patients with endoscopic sinus surgery during double nasal packing. Methods 42 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （22 cases） and control group （20 cases）. Both groups were given conventional postoperative nursing and health education. The observation group was given disaccharide xerostomia catabatic gargle based on the routine care, the control group was given normal saline based on the routine care. The classification of xerostomia and mouth uncomfortable symptoms were compared between two groups. Results The percentage of patients whose xerostomia level ≥ 3 in observation group was lower than that in control group （9.1% vs 50.0%）, the incidence of xerostomia, halitosis and other uncomfortable symptoms of observation group was lower than that of control group （9.1% vs 75.0%）, all the difference was statistical （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Xerostomia grading standard applies to assess patients with endoscopic sinus surgery. Disaccharide xerostomia catabatic gargle can significantly alleviate patients＇ uncomfortable symptoms such as xerostomia and halitosis, without adverse reactions.
