舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中的作用。方法选取我院2013年5月至2015年5月收治的114例小儿急性哮喘患者作为观察对象,随机将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各57例。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采取舒适护理模式进行护理。比较两组的临床效果以及护理满意度。结果实验组临床总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的82.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度为96.49%,高于对照组的75.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理过程中可明显减轻患儿哮喘症状,提高治疗效果和护理的满意度,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the role of comfortable nursing mode in the emergency nursing of children with acute asthma. Methods 114 children with acute asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing method, the experimental group was given comfortable nursing mode. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.74%, higher than 82.46% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group was 96.49%, higher than 75.44% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing made in the emergency nursing of children with acute asthma can significantly alleviate patients＇ asthma symptoms, improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, which deserves fiu＇ther clinical application.
