输尿管镜下应用钬激光碎石治疗小儿尿道结石的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗小儿尿道结石的临床护理方法。方法选取我院收治的120例在输尿管镜下行钬激光碎石术的尿道结石患儿,根据入院先后顺序分为两组各60例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施强化护理干预,比较两组的临床效果和护理满意率。结果干预组患儿的碎石成功率、护理满意率均显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的尿道结石患儿实施强化护理干预,有助于提高碎石成功率,减少术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高患儿家属的满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical nursing method ofureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of pediatric urethral calculi. Methods 120 cases of children with urethral calculi received ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the admission sequence, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the intervention group was strengthened nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The success rate of lithotripsy and nursing satisfaction rate of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group, the incidence of complications of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group, the operation time of intervention group was shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The strengthen of nursing intervention in urethral calculi children with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy helps to improve the success rate of lithotripsy, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the nursing satisfaction of child＇s family, which has important clinical application value.
