摘 要:针对质量特性为轮廓(profile)的输出响应的优化问题展开研究。提出了一种将满意度函数与逼近理想解的排序方法相结合的Linear-profile优化方法。首先利用两步建模法拟合响应模型,并计算模型各个参数的满意度函数值,利用TOPSIS模型求得参数满意度函数值的最优贴近度(OPI),将其做为最终的优化指标。传统的满意度函数以各个满意度的几何均值作为评价指标,其合理性有待考证,并且最终评价指标模型的建立存在一定的难度,而所提方法可以有效解决这些问题。最后利用该方法对文献中的实例进行了分析研究,证明方法切实可行,优化结果令人满意。A method to optimize the linear profile based on the TOPSIS model and desirability function is presented.First the method of two-step modeling fitting response model and desirability function is used to measure the model parameters,order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is adopted to derive the overall performance index(OPI).Its rationality remains to be proven that traditional desirability function has been a few strategies to aggregate the individual desirability of the geometric mean value as the performance index,and it's difficulty to model the evaluation index.But in this paper,the proposed method can effectively solve these problems.Finally,effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated through a numerical example.
