摘　　要：为提高财政学课程的教学效果,分析了财政学传统教学模式困境和财政学课程案例教学面临的问题,从提高学习积极性、引导学生主动学习;提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力;提高教学质量,改善课堂教学效果等三个方面阐述了财政学案例教学与传统教学的比较优势,提出了财政学案例教学设计路径。In order to improve the teaching effect of Public Finance course ,the difficulties and problems of Public Finance traditional teaching mode and case teaching are analyzed .From the following three as‐pects ,case teaching mode is found to be comparatively advantageous than traditional teaching ,that is：im‐proving students＆#39;enthusiasm and initiative ,improving students＆#39;ability of analyzing and solving problems , improving teaching quality and teaching effect .The Public Finance case teaching designing plan is then pro‐posed .
