摘　　要：痛风已是危害人们健康的常见疾病,近些年在痛风的诊治方面取得了很大的进展,本文主要就痛风的治疗,包括急性痛风性关节炎,降尿酸治疗和急性痛风的预防性治疗等方面进行介绍。急性痛风发作时应给予积极抗炎镇痛治疗,病情严重者可给予联合治疗。急性发作期在给予抗炎治疗的同时可给予降尿酸治疗,不影响急性发作的缓解。除非布司他可有效降低血尿酸外,新型降尿酸药物lesinurad有望与非布司他或别嘌醇联合应用,达到更好的降尿酸效果。Gout has already become a common disease endangering people＇s health.In recent years,great progresses have been achieved in the treatment of gout.The review focuses on the advances in the treatment of gout,including acute gouty arthritis,uric acid lowering treatment,the prophylactic treatment of acute gout flares and so on.A positive anti-inflammatory treatment should be given to the patients with acute gouty arthritis,and severe cases may be given combination therapy.Studies have confirmed that the uric acid lowering treatment combined with antiinflammatory drugs can be given to the patients with gout flare,which will not affect the remission of gout flares.Besides febuxostat,which can effectively lower blood uric acid,lesinurad,as a new uric acid lowering drug,can be expected to obtain better effect in lowering uric acid when combined with febuxostat or allopurinol.
