妇幼保健机构职工对妇幼文化建设的认知与需求调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解妇幼保健机构文化建设现状与实践以及机构职工对于文化建设的认知与需求。[方法]采取随机抽样的方法,调查山东省10所妇幼保健机构的300名职工对文化建设的认知情况。[结果]90.85%的被调查者认为妇幼文化与自身有直接关系;94.90%的被调查者认为职工在日常工作中感受到的文化和妇幼机构所倡导的文化达到基本一致的水平;93.83%的被调查者认为院领导重视文化建设;95.54%的被调查者认为本单位文化建设已经达到能够激发出员工潜能的标准。本单位最重要的价值理念体现为医术精湛、医患和谐、医德高尚。[结论]妇幼保健机构在文化建设上虽然有了一定程度的认识,但是不够全面和系统,需要在实践基础上进行理论研究,通过细化指标并形成相应体系来规范、指导其工作。Objective To investigate cognition and requirements of women and children culture construction in maternal and child health（MCH） institutions. Methods With random sampling method, we surveyed 300 staffs from 10 MCH organs in Shandong province. Results 90.85% of respondents thought MCH culture was directly related to themselves. 94.90% of them thought the culture which they felt in their daily works were the same as the MCH organs advocated. 93.83% of them believed their leadership pay great attention to cultural construction. 95.54% of them thought that the cultural construction of their unit had reached the standard of inspiring staffs potential ability. The most important value idea of the unit is reflected as medical skills, the harmony of doctor-patient relationship and medical ethics. Conclusions Although the MCH organs has a certain degree of understanding in the cultural construction, it＇s not comprehensive and system. It needs theoretical research on the basic of practice, regulate and guide the works through detailed index and the system formation.
