摘　　要：结合工程实际,全面阐述了如何开展门式刚架厂房检测和抗震鉴定,即进行外观质量普查和结构体系核查、核验基础、钢结构截面尺寸、焊缝质量和钢构件节点情况,并对钢柱和钢梁进行垂直度和侧向弯曲检测,对建筑地基及抗震措施进行核查,进行抗震验算,得出门式轻型房屋钢结构厂房检测和抗震鉴定结论。Based on engineering practice, this paper gave an overall introduction of inspection and seismic appraisal of portal rigid frame factory building, including appearance inspection, structure inspection, verification of foundation, section size of steel structure, weld quality and node of steel member, inspection of verticality and lateral bending of steel column and steel beam. Building foundation and seismic measures were examined and seismic verification was carried out, to reach the conclusion about inspection and seismic appraisal of light-weight portal steel structure factory building.
